| Rental Policies: Check In: 3-8 p.m., by prior arrangement. Check Out: Noon Reservations: Reservations are required and may be held by credit card or personal check. Deposit and Payments: We accept Visa and MasterCard. A $100 security deposit and $20 key deposit are required if paying cash. Balance due upon arrival. Deposits will be refunded within one week after inspection of cottage. Cancellation Policy: 48 hour notice is required to avoid a charge for one night's stay. Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted inside. Small pets will be considered. |
